In the hustle and bustle of a festival it can sometimes be hard to find somewhere to escape and give your body and mind some time to unwind. At Lunar 2018 we will have a whole area dedicated to just this! Expect Yoga and Tai Chi sessions as well as workshops promoting Mindfulness and tapping into your surroundings. There are other exciting elements we can’t wait to tell you about, so be sure to watch this space for further announcements in early 2018!
