About Lunar

Lunar is a family friendly music festival for approximately 3000 people, set on farmland and green fields. The terrain can be uneven in places, but is mostly flat. Wet weather may make navigating the site more challenging for those with mobility issues. It is a relatively small site however and the different areas are no more than a 5-7 minute walk away. Umberslade Farm Park is a working farm and visitor attraction so there will be livestock in surrounding fields.

A Personal Assistant wristband is available free of charge if you are a deaf or disabled person who requires assistance to access the festival. You will need to buy your ticket as normal and email us proof of purchase, for example – a copy of the E-Ticket. You will also need to supply proof of eligibility, this might be;

– Front page of DLA / PIP (no specific rate)

– Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)

– Evidence of being registered severely sight impaired (blind)

– Recognised Assistance Dog ID card

We will review applications without the listed evidence on a case-by-case basis.

Please note temporary injuries, illnesses and pregnancy do not qualify under the PA scheme.

Applications are limited to one PA per person.

Personal Assistant tickets are not issued in advance. Your PA will then be issued with a wristband when you collect yours. You must have proof of eligibility (listed above) with you on the day.

Carers’ tickets only apply for over 16 year old Disabled.

Under 16 Disabled can come for free when accompanied by a paying adult.
