The campsites will open at 10:00am on Friday (or 12pm on Thursday for Early Settlers). Camping is only available to those holding a valid Weekend Ticket. The campsites will not be accessible for Day Ticket Holders. The Festival Arena will open early afternoon with full opening times for each area to be announced soon.
The Festival Arena entertainment will finish at 3am each day and the campsites will remain open for the entire weekend, finally closing at midday on Monday. We politely ask ticket holders to leave by midday.
Late night sounds will continue into the night with DJs playing until the early hours of the morning on each day. Full performance times will be on display throughout the festival site and in the festival guide.
Entrance to the main arena and campsite is only possible with a valid wristband. Paper tickets and e-tickets are exchanged for a wristband on arrival at the Festival Box Office.
Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and cannot be replaced. Please keep your wristband on for the duration of your ticket. (I.E. If you have a Weekend Ticket you will need to keep it on for the full three days).
Chairs At The Festival
Please feel free to bring folding chairs and blankets and make yourselves comfortable. Some of the artists on the bill are definitely more of a sit down affair but just as many are of the get up and dance variety. We ask that chairs are kept back beyond a certain point so there’s room for both the seated and standing. There will be signs and stewards to show you.
Leave It At Home
There will be plenty of well-stocked bars selling a range of delicious beverages throughout the weekend. No alcohol is to be brought into the Festival Arena but you may bring a reasonable personal amount of alcohol into your campsite for personal use. For health and safety reasons there is absolutely no glass allowed on site so please decant any liquids into plastic bottles or other materials. We have to be strict about this so please don’t be offended if our stewards ask to check your bags.
We apologise but NO DOGS are permitted, except for assistance dogs.
We also request that no disposable BBQ’s are brought on site, only professional camping stoves please.
Children At The Festival
All children must be accompanied to the festival by a paying adult over the age of 21. Please keep your children supervised at all times during the festival. Lunar takes place on a working farm and there will also be a communal fire in the arena for the duration of the festival. For the safety of everyone during the festival weekend, please do not leave your children unattended.
