Pink Moon Camping – T&Cs

1). A booking fee of £2.50 is chargeable for each pitch to cover the card processing fees of your transaction.

 

2). Once your pitch has been booked you’ll be sent an e-ticket. When you arrive at Umberslade please show your ticket (on your phone or as a print out).

You’ll be given a welcome pack on arrival with a site map, helpful information and wristbands.

 

3). Tickets are only refundable in the event of a change in Government policy regarding campsites.

 

4). Ticket Holders consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion of the event.

 

5). The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for unreasonable, abusive or dangerous behaviour. The festival operates a zero tolerance policy towards abuse of our staff and volunteers.

 

6). The Premises Licence Holder and / or the Festival promoters will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons or third parties.

 

7). No animals (except assistance dogs) are permitted onto the Umberslade Estate.

 

8). Please please no glassware (bottles, glass, jars etc) on site. This is to ensure the welfare of children and farm animals so please leave these items at home. There will be a well stocked farm shop selling alcoholic beverages.

 

9). There will be draught beer, lager and cider, prosecco and fine wines available on site. For the future of this event and the future of Lunar Festival we ask you to buy from the on site shop rather than bringing your own. Please support the event.

 

10). Ticket holders may be subject to a search on entry, before or during the event.

 

11). Please no audio or video recording of any kind without prior permission of the organisers.

 

12). No stalls or market-sellers without prior permission of the organisers.

 

13). Ticket holders found using illegal drugs will be asked to leave the festival and the police will be informed.

15). No one in your party can attend Pink Moon Camping Retreat if they are showing any symptoms of COVID-19. The most common symptoms are the recent onset of a new continuous cough or high temperature or a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste of smell (anosmia).

 

16). Everyone in your party must follow the Social Distancing & Hygiene measures in place at the Pink Moon Camping Retreat throughout their stay.

 

17). No Hookups are provided for Live-In Vehicles. Motorhomes and Caravans can only be moved during the hours of 10am – 6pm, please observe the site speed limit of 5mph for the safety of other campers. Please report to the campsite manager before moving your vehicle to ensure it is safe to do so.

 

18). Last entry is 8.30pm on Friday. Once booked in you can come and go as you please, the gates at the top of the drive will be locked between 12pm and 6am. In case of emergencies night security will let you in or out.

 

19). Acoustic music by the campfires will run till 10pm, we ask everyone to respect other campers when returning to your pitch. Amplified music is prohibited on site.

 

20). Your pitch is 10m x 10m and any tents and guy ropes must be kept within this area.

 

21). All cars must be parked in the car park please do not drive onto the campsite under any circumstances, its only a short walk from the car park to your pitch.

 

22). Lunar Festival Ltd and Umberslade Farm Park will follow Government Covid Safe guidance in the operation and planning of this event but they cannot be held responsible in event of a Covid infection as a result of your stay.
